As a beginner in social media 6 years ago I started following Bill's blog - and when he featured me in his Business Blogging Guide book (which he co-authored with Amanda Watlington) I was humbled.

He comes across as a genuinely nice guy and a deep thinker and practitioner Do you find this valuable?
